I have been practicing yoga for over a decade now, and I must say that Tenya is the best teacher I've ever had. Her knowledge, experience, and passion for yoga are truly remarkable. One of the things that impresses me the most about her is her ability to train students of different levels in the same class. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, Tenya can adapt her teaching to meet your needs and challenge you appropriately. Her attention to detail, gentle corrections, and personalized adjustments have helped me improve my practice significantly. I highly recommend Tenya to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice.

This is a lovely clean studio in a very convenient location with great yoga and pilate teachers. They have a variety of group classes and you can also arrange private sessions to suit your own needs. Tenya is amazing and Ive improved a lot in just seven private sessions with her. Cathys reformer classes are super fun and I also love Julias Yin yoga class. Im glad I joined and highly recommend them :)

Its small studio but its tidy and clean. My Ying and yang yoga teacher Julia she is very professional. After I attending her classes I feel my body relax.
