I have had my Ceragem for 13 years now and have been very pleased with how it has helped my back and neck aches and pains. It has saved me from having to need to go to the Chiropractor very often. He was very helpful and told me to bring it in as it would be able to be fixed. He checked it over and told me it was the PCB. It wasn't expensive to repair at all . I was very relieved as I now have my Ceragem back in working order. Also while i was there Jay showed me the latest Ceragem and let me have a try. It is indeed impressive and has many extra features that mine doesn't. It is nice to go somewhere and have such a pleasant experience. I felt that Jay was a complete gentleman in how he treats his customers. I would have no hesitation in recommending people who have back or neck issues go to Ceragem at Hurstville and try the new machine. I think they would be as impressed as I have been both with Ceragem and the service you receive there.
