        Smiggle should invest little more on the staff discipline and to train them how not to be rude to customer. Staff can be one of the aspect in raising your sale but same is true for opposite. What is staff attitude in hurstville: frowned face, unapprochable, not friendly. In retail industry they say customer is always right. But in smiggle it feels like customer doesn't exist.
