I dont normally give review, but I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mycar Hurstville for the first time, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, Ben, went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Upon dropping off my car at 8:10am, I was informed that they were fully booked for the day.However, Ben displayed a remarkable dedication to customer service by promising to squeeze me in and fix my tires that same day. This level of commitment immediately impressed me. As someone who has had concerns in the past about mechanics potentially taking advantage of customers, I was relieved to find that Ben was a refreshing exception. He did not try to upsell me or push for unnecessary tire replacements. Instead, he focused on keeping his promise to repair the tires, putting my worries to rest. I greatly appreciate Ben's honesty and professionalism. He delivered on his word, ensuring that my tires were fixed without any additional concerns. This level of trustworthiness is commendable and sets Mycar Hurstville apart from other service providers. Very Highly Recommended car services to gomy car had a tyre puncture on a Friday evening and when I went to the Mycar Hurstville, staff Steward was very helpful and we were told to leave our puncture tire behind as it was almost closing time for them. The next morning around 8.30am we were told that our car tyre was fixed, very efficient service, and Ben apparently who is the boss told us that we wouldnt be charged for the service which is a very nice gesture of him. Overall we are really very impressed with their customer service and their great job done from Mycar Hurstville. Would definitely recommend anyone or friends that need car service to Mycar Hurstville and this would surely be my car service centre in future too. Thank you Ben and Steward for your amazing service.
