        Absolute worst company for customer service. Great products but worst customer service in history. Good luck getting on the phone to them. Literally been trying for 12 months. No joke phones are broken. Think they wouldve fixed them by now.

        Angelina G one of the worst person to put on the counter as she looked like she was forced to work there or something . I specifically asked her to put a gift receipt as I was gifting the purchase but she didnt even bothered to do that at all as well . If you hate your job so much it would be better to find the other one where you dont have to face people .

        Called 6 x over the span of 30-40minutes and sat on hold for a few minutes each time ... after being hung up on each time before I even speak .. I now give up. Do the staff not know how to answer their phones ??
