Had booked in my sons party to follow this up and be told I had not paid deposit and they had given this away even though I had text message confirmation this was booked. The managers customer service after this incident was disgusting I got yelled at on the phone and hung up on. I had lost money from already organizing all the event details and there was no solution they could find. Really do not reccomend dealing with such an unorganized manager who don't know how to correctly communicate their apparent policies which I had no idea about. To be told 'first come first serve' is there policy is not good enough. Have been stranded a couple weeks out. Do not reccomend and would never go back.

Great little contained play Centre. Good activities for kids. Before ten you get one free hour. Play and food is about 20)25 dollars each. Parents get drink/ coffee included. Kid-friendliness: Lots of play things for smaller children preschool age
