If you want good traditional north Chinese cuisine, I must say this is the best Chuan Chaun or stick hot pot I have found in Sydney. I have tried a few and usually not fresh or have been sick. Here though you can see the cooks preparing, not disinterested students like I have seen, its family run and the beef is so fresh and soft. Dont expect spring rolls or dumplings here, I have the mushroom broth as soup and the chilli broth to cook, make sure you make a sesame sauce dipping as well to make it even more delicious. You wont find better.
