I have been a client of Douglas and Mary at MyBase for 10 years. As an investor, they have rented out 2 of my apartments. They have worked very hard and are very reliable. They got tenants in quickly and provided excellent advice on choice of tenants. They are honest and communicate well with the tenant and with myself. They will listen to you and negotiate fairly. They troubleshoot problems well and efficiently. I have no problem recommending Douglas and Mary to others in my position, or to tenants looking to rent their properties. An excellent company that has been stable for many years.

Doug and his team are very professional who have your best interest at heart, before their own! The team are very approachable and easy to communicate with, who listen to your needs and deliver. There are no sales pressure tactics and do their best to accommodate your requirements. Their fees are fair and reasonable compared to other agencies as well.
