        I have no complaints about the medical service I have received here. It has been pretty good all in all. However when you are told to press 2 when you call to hear English.well I just assumed we were in Australia. We speak English here. Also when I rang to both make and change an appointment I was met with 2 young women of varying levels of English meaning I had to repeat myself over and over. Also one of them was very condescending and rude when I disagreed that 5 weeks ago was recent in terms of my injury and what had happened in between. A whole lot of less superiority is needed in the attitude. Be a bit more grateful for what you have and maybe even smile a bit. It doesnt hurt. Really.

        The receptionist was so rude. Every health care providers provides the mask for the patients but here they said that they will charge for the mask. There's no point of taking an appointment Racist people in the reception
