Dr Mounir Younan has been helping me for many years. Dr Younan is so caring, friendly and compassionate. I thoroughly recommend Dr Monir Younan as a brilliant psychiatrist.

Doctor Younan is old school and should be enjoying his retirement but I feel he loves his work and needs this job as thats his total dedication and purpose as I feel thats all his lifes being a Professional and Respected Psychiatrist. You need to book and be prepared as a patient and then you will see the benefits from Doctor Younan. The Receptionist is understanding but you really need to make an appointment as Ive seen so many people try to get in without an appointment and thats not fair on the Doctor the Receptionist and people who have booked. They really do a good job but you need to book an appointment. Trust this Doctor as he has years of experience and knowledge. Todays society means you have to wait and be patience but a lot of people cannot wait, they want everything straight away and when this does not happen they get frustrated and sometimes rude. Preparation then to make an appointment and chill out and enjoy the fresh air here in Australia as its only going to get worst with the growing population. Plus the Doc has Air Con and a couple doors up if you like Duck I always see a queue buying Duck so that must mean happy days and you can park out the front or in Westfield Car Park as its around the corner .

I havent even managed to see the doctor, as he doesnt take new patients, but the receptionist is absolutely rude, and unprofessional good luck to everyone who needs mental help. Its a zero stars for the customer service, lord help us all
