One of the best real estate agents Ive dealt with in a very long time. Used to rent a property in Hurstville for more than 3 years with Jim Lu as the agent.. The best thing about Jim is he is always reachable and very much dependable.. Let it be the repairs, moving in, moving out.. you name it.. He will go above and beyond to make your life at ease.. Appreciate the support mate.. :)

One of the worst impression agent. Property still have an owner occupied. The curtain in the kitchen is close and still smell the cooking. I couldt stand and try to open the curtain. The agent is looking at me. When I check disk washer as I notice is very old ,he told me that you touch too much. I advised him put to the sign so I wont waste my time to inspect this. He said it is common sense. He said if you dont agree you can leave now. For me it is not a common sense. I understand if some security area eg. drawer or bedroom Wardrobes, I shouldnt open it as there is might have the owner left some value in there. This one we call common sense. I feel sorry of the owner who hire this agent. It is absolutely uneducated person and not good customer service.
