A/Professor Kim-Chi Phan-Thien is an excellent surgeon. I felt totally at ease leading up to my procedure knowing I was in Dr Kims hands. Dr Kim is a compassionate and amazing surgeon who I am very grateful for.

I had a surgery fee years ago, She did not explain my condition in details but did the surgery. I had to deal with the consequences rest of my life ;((

Had a procedure done more than 2 years ago and still dealing with the consequences. It's not OK that a Dr can cause a problem and then you have to go to other Dr's to try to fix the issues, not to mention the extra expense of it all. I would of reconsidered having the preventative screening with Dr Kim-Chi Phan-Thien if it had been explained to me in full detail, what was to be done and the possible complications of it all. Having paid as a private patient, it would of also been great if the Dr saw me in hospital before and after my procedure to explain things, which was not the case, not professional or caring at all.
