This lady in the front desk is a very unhappy human being! You go there and you will feel that you are a waste of time and giving you mis information. Information that should be given to patients should be explained throughly in a way the patient understands!!! This lady is obviously not happy to be there and doesnt care, then gets upset when the information is received differently by the patient. This is obviously why she needs to improve her customer service or just leave the job.

Male worker who came to reception when I entered the office (same man who did my tests) was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in the medical field. He was impatient, rude and gave me blatantly false information about 2 different things which a phone call with DHM head office confirmed what he had told me was incorrect. It was as if he couldnt be bothered answering my enquires properly or he straight up did not know basic details that somebody employed by DHM should know. Very rough and careless when completing the test, the complete opposite of what you would like in somebody supplying any form of medical treatment. Avoid this practise at all costs.
