DO NOT ADVERTISE with these scammers. We paid for 2 months worth of ads, and as soon as our ad went up, someone came to our shop with a copy of the ad, saying they saw it and came because of the ad. Made it feel like money well spent, but this woman was obviously phoney and had no idea about our business. They were obviously planted by the newspaper and working in cahoots with them.

I subscribed to the newspaper and webpage and that service is very good. However their billing and account managment is bad. The online portal has been designed so there is no way to un-subscribe! Meaning you have to try & contact them to un-subscribe else they will continue to bill your credit card! I spoke with someoone at their Hurstville Office & he said he would unsubscribe me. That was 3 months ago & I just got an e-mail saying I will be billed again in 3 days! This is unfortunate business practice & I cannot recommened this service. EDIT: The Hurstville Office just contacted me and sorted it all out. Apparantly their IT & billing systems are not fully integrated hence the e-mail today. I'm assured I was not going to be billed and the cancellation from 3 months ago was in effect. We all agreed their IT needs to be better integrated across their Australian Offices. I would like to emphasize I still totally support Epoch news & their high quality print & digital media.
