Arco Music Academy has amazing teachers, who teach with great professional ethics. They provide students with suggestions and comments from professional perspectives. This school had provided a big range of opportunities for students who are passionate about music and students at any level, such as orchestras and concerts. Ive been learning violin in this school for about 4 years, and Ive made such an huge improvement compare to 4 years ago!

I studied for a short period at Acro Music Academy and I found the school manages their student and teacher's timetable very poorly. The school staff cancelled and rescheduled my lessons three times at last minute in a term, without a valid reason or a substitute teacher. I wanted to have fortnightly lesson instead of weekly lessons due to personal reasons, the school didn't want to listen to my needs. Simply told me that school policy requires all students to have weekly lessons, or you are not welcome. I complained about Acro Music's arrogant attitude, inflexibility and poor time management to the School Admin. School admin staff were unhelpful, and tried to ignore my complaint. In the end I had to call and text the School Owner/ Principle Fox Chen, but Fox had never been responded to either my call or text. I didnt have an enjoyable experience and will never return to the school again.
