Aneta was fantastic in helping me secure my first home loan when my husband and I purchased our apartment in 2016. So when we were ready to upgrade to our family home, we immediately went back to see Aneta at Astute Mortgages. Aneta is extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, realistic, and efficient. We felt supported through the whole process including identifying our loan capacity, preparing our paperwork, and securing a loan that met our needs at a good rate in a highly competitive market. We first came to Aneta from Astute Mortgages as a referral from a friend back in 2012. and wow! hands down the best customer experience we have ever had! I was petrified of being in debt . I had no plan or direction when it came to finances and buying a property but we did it and became home owners (2 bedroom apartment). Looking back 10 years this was the best investment and it wasn't going to happen without that experience and wisdom that came from our first engagement with Aneta. 5 years on and in 2017, we came back to Aneta to buy an investment property (3 bedroom home). once again another great and easy experience. We recently (2021) sold our first property and moved into our investment and prior to settlement Aneta fixed up the loans (all done in COVID by the way) and Aneta made it seamless. I highly recommend Aneta and Astute Mortgages to anyone wanting to purchase there first home, upgrade or purchase an investment!
