        Very disappointed with the service I received as my screen was replaced with cheap quality and now unable to use my phone and my Husband got his screen fixed and now he has no reception on his phone I was told by telstra and samsung that whoever replaced the screen damaged the antenna in the phone the store refused to take responsibility

        About a month ago I bought a new screen protector for my iPhone 11 and for about 3 weeks it was fine! But just the other day I dropped my phone about 10cm and it chipped, I thought that was just a one off so I carried on with my life and just today I dropped my phone about 5cm away from my desk and now it has a 6 massive spiderweb cracks from the top to the bottom of my screen protector. I now have no screen protector because I couldnt see anything on my phone and I have no screen protector on my phone and am never never going back to that shop. I dont recommend it to anyone!
