Bed Bath N' Table Hurstville

I bought a set of fancy cup which was expensive even after discount the lady she only wrapped with a paper when I asked if she can give me a box but she said they dont provide box next minute when I got out of shop someone hit my bag with the trolley n one cup was broken when I went back to shop and asked what they can do but the lady was very rude n said to me thats not my fault what a joke

Fantastic customer service. Got exactly what I needed on the day in no time at all thanks to a wonderful hardworking woman who directed me and even wrapped up my gifts for me.

I love Bed Bath N Table but the customer service you get at this particular store is appalling. I stood outside the store waiting for the doors to open from 9.30 to 9.45 on a Friday while 2 staff members were engaged in a lengthy conversation at the counter ignoring my presence at the door. Finally the doors opened 15 mins later than what's mentioned online. There was no apology for the delay. I have been here many times before and have to say the customer service I got was not particularly good. Please please invest some money in training staff at this store. They are bringing down the good standards of your name. I try avoid shopping at Hurstville store at all costs. I have to say the service I received from other stores have been excellent.
