Just purchased a suit, shirt, tie and shoes for my teenage son from Tarocash Hurstville...and we could not be more satisfied! Luke needed a suit for his upcoming cadets formal. So Gabbi and Brittany set about helping him chose a suit in a style and colour he was happy with. They then spent much time, effort and skill into co-ordinating the rest of his outfit so he could look his best for the occasion. My son felt totally at ease with the whole process and he was ecstatic at the result. I've never seen my son looking more handsome - and this is due to the great products in-store...and the sensational customer service provided by Gabbi and Brittany. Thankyou! Luke and Warren.

The staff have zero respect. I went into store with my husband so that he could find a shirt for an event and he found two to try on. My husband very, very rarely wears dress shirts hence we really did not need to purchase multiple shirts and we explained that to the shop assistant. Nevertheless, she insisted that he purchase the extra shirt and when I turned my back to get the clothing out of the change room to help the staff, she silently signed to him to just get the shirt and not listen to me. Not only did this make him feel uncomfortable, but it is also disrespectful to myself (I was nothing but nice to the staff from when we walked in). This goes to show that they don't care about customers actual needs or wants, they will try to push a sale even if it means being cunning behind the partners back. Not nice.
