The covid PCR test site is open every day from 8 am to 6 pm. I visited at 11.45 am on a monday, had no queue, and took just 2 minutes to get the test done

im travelling overseas and did pcr test but the results haven't been mailed to me but got the txt my results are posted on my email, when they haven't. Im in distress and I'm flying tomorrow morning. Emailed them a couple if times. No response. Neither a response on calls... overall rusbish.

4cyte website explicitly said the Hurstville branch would be open today, 8am to 12pm for covid testing. At 8:30am, there was a line of 100 people waiting (since before 7:30) but no staff and no lights on. No answer on the phone (automatic hang up after 5 minutes on hold, no chance to leave a message). Have seen this is common across multiple 4cyte centres today.

Absolutely irresponsible. Website is not updated. People were on line since 7 am and no one showed up. Had to start over at next test centre from the end of the line. I would give them a zero star or minus rating if it was possible.
