No leeway on upfront fees. If I didnt borrow money, I'd still be in a lot of pain with no access to antibiotics..., "Go to hospital if you have no money." calling up to ask for a doctor's certificate.. (That's on me for not getting it at the time).. but it seems no one answers the phone.

Dr Anthony Phang is efficient, knowledgeable and caring. The nurse did a great job with vaccinating my 6 week old baby.

Ha ha this place is a bit of a joke. For a start, they don't have any basic customer service ethics. Neither do they take the time to explain anything to me as a first time client. Instead she put her hand out to take my card without even explaining that i need to pay upfront the $110 before I even see the doctor! That's a first in my life. The doctor made no effort to connect. Instead she spent most of her time typing into the computer answers to her questions. I think she was relieved when it finished. Oh and this was just to get a referral and it took me a 1hr 20 minutes wait.

Never punctual, even if you make booking, they ask you to wait another hour. And reception keep talking with other people when they are supposed to talk to you
