DR RAMANEE IS THE WORST DOCTOR. Do not go to see Dr Ramanee. He is very unprofessional and does not act like a doctor at all. There were 10 patients waiting outside for him for 2 hours. His friend just walked in and Dr Ramanee chose to talk and laugh with his friend instead of seeing his patients. When I finally had my consultation with him he didnt let me speak at all. He spoke on top of me, yelled at me and told me to hurry up. I barely told him my symptoms and he dismissed me instantly. Our total consultation lasted for 5mins and I waited 2.5hours.

This medical centre is falling apart and becoming a joke with wait times stretching beyond 2hrs and afternoon peak times having only one doctor available!! Dr Nessa has her door open and walks back and forth between her office and the staff kitchen and tends to no one at all, while Dr. Ahmed is on a late lunch break and Dr. Ramanee leaving early and one Dr being considerate enough to assist an elderly lady with a flu shot after waiting for over 2hrs when the Dr who quickly squeezed her in to administer her flu shot was meant to finish for the day. Leaving one Dr with a waiting room of about 8 people and 2 receptionists with one having no idea what she's doing. After checking me in for the first available doctor, I find out an hour later that my name was nowhere to be found on the waiting list on the system and was told I'd be waiting for another hour at least even though the clueless receptionist was at fault and I was watching people who came into the centre after me were walking in to be seen before me. How does that work?? Oh and I forgot, the managers office was open and the so called manager (I can only assume she was the manager with the title on the door showing "manager" was sitting in front of her computer and all the while as I'm verbally stating my discrepancy and dissatisfaction with the service and handling of my situation from my seat in the waiting room loud enough and clear enough for the manager to have heard, wasn't even given the slightest sign of courtesy and professionalism as the so called MANAGER clearly had decided to no intervene and to completely ignore the issue of a mishandled patient as she sat quietly and continued to do nothing. This medical centre is now the laughing stock of Hurstville and their years of experience, once abundance of doctors and organised medical centre was now nothing short of clearly needing to close their doors, stop wasting people's time with ridiculous waiting times and lack of doctors on board and one receptionist who can't handle putting a name down in the system to be seen by the first available doctor. I eventually gave up, addressed the other receptionist who was polite and helpful and decided to just book myself in for a phone consultation rather than have to wait a single moment longer!!! This visit has left me disgusted, appalled and shocked. I doubt I'd ever consider entering their centre again. SHAME ON YOU HURSTVILLE TOWN MEDICAL CENTRE!!!

Very poor reception service and the Chinese girl was so rude and unprofessional on call , I callled them to review my blood test to dr Ramani but that lady didnt provide correct information I have visited this medical twice both time I waited longer than 2 even though I booked an appointment and reached on time .
