So I've been here physically a few times.. It's not really a storefront - more like a storage space for their stock (particularly singles). Staff are friendly but always busy with their online orders fulfillment (they speak mostly cantonese btw). No singles you can browse and you can't place orders for pickup through site - but from my experience you can pre-write what you want that's available on their website and give it to them upon arrival. They do have a nice collection of older stuff (I've seen modern masters, core 2012 decks, duel decks, original first batch commander precons etc..) I've been given free empty bundle boxes as well when I've asked for them Not bad place , prices are somewhat reasonable (they've price matched a few stuff at good prices) just know what you want off their site before you head in

Good place to get singles and good prices. They dont get 5 stars because its extremely difficult to communicate with anyone. No one speaks even basic English. You have to search the single in your phone and show them the picture. And it was hard to me to explain them that I didn't want a specific version, that as long as it was the card, it could be from any set

Based on my experience regularly ordering online I highly recommend getting your cards from here. Good selection, some of the best prices and cards are always in good condition and well packaged. Customer service via email has also been good.

Have used the singles Dept twice now and both orders have arrived correct, in good condition and in a good time frame.
