Totally changed my view on the roll of lighting and how we use our living and relaxation spaces. We had nothing but great success in our lighting design and with our beautiful lighting. Very easy to work with and flexible in how we had the project accomplished.

I placed an order for a modern linear pendant, 2500mm in size for our newly renovated kitchen in early August 2021 and received delivery of the light late August 2021 , I was impressed with the delivery time considering that the light was made to measure. Initially I had an issue with the courier company that delivered the. light fitting (not zlights) as to the condition of the packaging and the light as delivered to my home. My concerns were made known to zlights management who worked tirelessly to resolve my issues, which they did to my full satisfaction. The light fitting looks great, provides excellent lighting for the kitchen work bench and has drawn many compliments from friends and family. I would definitely buy again from this company.

Ordered and paid for lights in full 6 months ago. After chasing endlessly, we were told it would take another 2 months before they would get to us. Expectations were never managed and after asking for a refund because we are tired of waiting, there has been no communication of the refund being processed. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered a ceiling light yesterday online, it was the exact light I was after, so I ordered and paid for it. The next day I get the delivery, I was astonished with the service I received. Highly recommend and will be purchasing again. Still can't believe the service....fantastic thanks again!!!
