Received the most disgusting and condescending service from Stef. My partner and I bought a ring here and you would think we would be treated a lot nicer as purchasing customers. She was constantly rolling her eyes and making sarcastic comments at our questions which we initially chose to ignore and thought she was just having an off day. Even after we settled on an agreed price she looked bitter, angry and made condescending comments like would you like five three course meals, wine, whiskey and champagne with that ?Why agree on a price if youre not happy with it. When we were inspecting the ring when it was ready for pick up she basically shoved us right out the door and was repeatedly rolling her eyes again and was sighing so loud like we were taking up her precious time when the store was empty. As this is not a small purchase I think we should be allowed to check our purchase before walking straight out the door even for 30seconds to see you have all the right paper work in the right name (valuation certificate etc)... is this the right ring you picked up, does it fit properly after resizing etc..Was considering also purchasing a diamond bracelet from here but was so put off the rude, impatient and horrid service here that we chose to go somewhere else whod actually appreciate the business from their customers. Come here if you want to drop some $$$$ to be treated like a disgusting animal.

Amazing Products, with amazing prices. Service was just fantastic and lovely people. Was so happy to walk out of there with the the ring we sat together to design and make it to alive. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend Eternity!!!
