Big time frauds. Would recommend everyone to please check the expiry dates before purchasing and check your receipts. In my recent experience, one of the items on over $150 bill, packet of 1 kilo was completely off & had to put in the bin directly, 1 item was missing, which was charged in the bill and 2 items expired. I wasnt aware of the expired items immediately but found out while cleaning the closet a few weeks later. I live away 3 hrs away from Sydney and literally travel all the way for the groceries. When I called the shop, the owner, the Indian gentleman, wasnt of any help but kept justifying himself. He said he cant help with the item that was missing but agreed to refund the expired items . I called back in a few weeks to Check & he convinced me saying he had NO MONEY in his account to refund me as his business was down. I, being myself, felt bad and gave him a week and waited. But its been over a month and NO SIGN of him refunding me. I no longer need his refund as I dont t wish to visit his store anymore. I just want to warn everyone who plans to visit this store. There was a Nepalese couple who packed our items during the shopping but was a big time disappointment. Would never never ever go back to this scam hole. Please, who ever wants to visit this shop, be very careful& check all items in the receipt and check the expiry date. The owner really made a fool out of my by telling me he had no money. I felt so bad for him thinking he might be going through hard time because of Covid and gave him some time. But I realised later that he was just fooling me. They just dont sell ALL EXPIRED FOOD BUT ALSO LIE TO YOU, AND GIVE YOU FALSE HOPE. Big time frauds !! In understand, there are mistakes sometimes but it doesnt mean that you lie and argue with the customers and blame them instead. SUPER DISAPPOINTED! 0.5 0ut of 5
