The spicy braised noodle soup was hot. But if you like it hot, this is the one for you. The chives and beef panfried dumplings were very good but the lamb skewers were tough. The donut was good Nice ambience

We gave this restaurant a try with a wide range of delicious food options with your choice of noodle sizes, spicy levels & a large array of flavourful spices to tantalise your taste buds. Which is right up our alley! We had: Traditional Lanzhou Lamb ribs Lamb skewers Braised beef soup - (Light Chilli, Thick Noodles) Chicken slices in chilli & pepper Donuts with sweetened condensed milk Everything was AMAZING full of spice and flavour just the way we like it, and the staff were friendly & attentive. Food is amazing. Best Lanzhou noodle in Sydney. Noodles are freshly made by chef, beef is impeccable. Both boiled and pan fried dumplings are perfect, meat is juicy. Wed love to order more but seeing the long queue at the cashier, maybe next time. Id like to give some comments to the owner and staff, and hopefully they will consider them and improve the overall experience. The current Order > Pay > Sit Down > Wait for your food > enjoy your meal process is a bit silly and creating unnecessary bottleneck at the casher. 9 out of 10 customers only start reading the menu when they are AT the cashier. Everyone takes a few good minutes to read the menu (with wide selection!) l, decide, and pay. Some side dishes/ canned drinks are stored in the fridge behind the cashier. The poor cashier lady has to greet customers, answer questions, process payment, take the side dish. Everything on ONE person. I see other staff members idle, while cashier lady taking all the stress. If customers are allowed to be seated, read the menu, the whole ordering process would improve. Or even better, get a mobile ordering system, it saves the bottleneck and you probably could get more orders and maximising your kitchens capacity. It now limits your average order price - I would have happily order more, if I could simply order through mobile.

Their beef noodle soups are so delicious and heartwarming and SO affordable! The noodles come in different width sizes so you can customise it for your soup to your liking. Their original flavour is a safe option but if you want a deeper broth and but of spice their braised beef is perfect! Their spicy soup is not for the faint hearted and perfect for szechuan lovers. Their lamb skewers are the best and super addicting and tender! Dumplings are also very good!
