        Person on phone just rattled off information not able to answer my queries transferred to some one else who didn't answer and when they rang back did apologise but then asked for bigger donation not the usual way of getting money for a cause

        I just raised over $500 for this charity, so when they called asking for a one off donation, I told them. Repeatedly. Over three phone calls. Telemarketer kept talking over me and repeatedly told me the call wont take long. I asked repeatedly for them to take me off the database and that I will NEVER support them again. Had to hang up as she was still reading the spiel and refused to listen to me. Disappointed I chose this charity to donate to and wont make the same mistake again.
