Joel takes time to understand the situation fully, help you make sense of your own thoughts and feelings towards the situation, and guide you to the best possible life outcome. Just like physical health, it is important to stay on top of your mental health during the good times as well, not just the bad times. Highly recommend !

Joel's service was invaluable in navigating through a stressful time with our teenage daughter. He was easy to contact any time of the day, even when our daughter reached out to him late one night with self-harm intentions. My spouse and I found him relaxed and easy to talk to, his counseling open and honest without lecture, set out with skills to help us move forward.
