        ***Update: I received my order via express post today. If the delay was noted on the website since November, my apologizes for not checking the details properly. I must have gone on to the product page straightaway. Thank you for answering my queries. Everyone is saying that the service is really quick ("super-fast", "came in two days") and I relied on Google Review to try Contact Me for the first time. I placed my order on 25 Jan. but it still hasn't been dispatched. When I enquired, Customer Service told me that "there is a current backlog of orders coming from Alcon of at least a week. " There was no mention/warning of this on the website before the order was placed.
