All Blind Service

I recieved a phone call today to have our blinds redone, our real estate agent had booked them to fix our blinds that were damaged and they refused to come and quote or fit the blinds until January because we are unvaccinated against COVID. Mind you we are now in October. And our tenancy agreement is expiring in March. I just don't understand who they think they are to discriminate against my vaccination status. I don't believe in experimental vaccines that have no efficacy in controlling the spread of COVID

I booked for blind cleaning 3 months ago for the 3rd November with a person named Kevin. I have been using this company for the last 3 years with no problem. The day before he called to say the technician had an accident and moved the cleaning to the following fortnight. He then called again the day before to cancel "the technician had to go to the doctor". Rebooked for 1st Dec only to be called again this morning 30/11 to cancel. Attitude of this person was not good from the day of the original booking. When I informed him I would be calling Steve the owner of the business he informed me Steve no longer is the owner. I asked why he leaves it until the day before to cancel he finally admitted he has no staff - I wonder why!!

We used this company to repair a roller blind. Only needed a small part. Had to take the blind in and was charged $100 for the privaledge.
