Shang Lamb Soup 上羊羊汤

A nice hearty soup to warm the soul I ordered the OG lamb soup with potato noodles. Although it appeared a bit bland upon first taste, I added pepper and salt to adjust it to my palette. Later on, I also added the chilli oil which was not very spicy and heightened the flavour profile. I also added on some buk choy for $2. The lamb skewers were also yummy but portions were a bit small. Next time, Id be keen to try the lamb fried noodles or lamb guts soup!
