        This is one of the great Chinese restaurants in the city. Very authentic, incredible quality food. It's southern Chinese, but highly regional, serving specialties from an area called Shunde. One of the highlights is the roast goose, and it is excellent. However, I liked everything here: the wonton soup is delicious, the salt and pepper chicken cartilage was assistive l addictive. It's also fairly new to Hurstvile, so sparkling clean and really attractive!
