DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! the owner of this company is the original owner of Sydney Bond Cleaners. They did the poorest end of lease clean on my premises. If you google their last business name and take the time to read the reviews, this man does not deserve to trade and continue ripping people off! Sydney Bond cleaners received so many negative reviews on there cleaning ability and not returning and doing a proper job he eventually shut his business page down and has now created this one. Do sydney a favour, and stop cleaning, you are terrible and cant garauntee Bond returns! STAY AWAY!

These cleaners are TERRIBLE! Do NOT use them. We booked them for an end of lease clean, the cleaners showed up late and did a horrible job - our real estate complained about them as well and asked we clean again. We called back and they said they would come and fix it free of charge - they didn't even show up. We called them again and asked for them to come, and they picked up the keys to the apartment but surely did not even do anything. Exact same problems as the first clean and our real estate had to get someone else to come and clean the apartment (which came out of our bond.) Further, they refuse to even give us a receipt for the service. This company is a huge scam, they do a terrible job and I would never recommend to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would. They certainly did not live up to the "100% bond back guarantee". Terrible terrible company. Total waste of money.
