        I've been getting my cars washed for 10 + years here. I took my car there today and drove out with a snapped car key, told the lady at the counter about it and she aggressively denied any fault, I told her to compromise and pay for half the key repair (a lowsy $110) and she still wouldn't allow it, they have lost a long serving customer alongside all family, friends and future referrals.
