        did not get the initial invoice amount i was after back, ended up paying fees out of my own pocket and was advised that all the fee's will be paid by the person i was collecting debt off, which then wasnt and i had to pay that amount. lack of communication, i had to follow up with them with what is going on, i had to leave multiple emails and phone calls to get a reply. took almost 10 months to close the case. not worth the headache in my opinion
