Remarkable experience, across varying construction types, always has a solution for the trickiest of situations even when what's on the plan cannot match the reality on-site. He is pragmatic and works with the builder to help make it happen. Charbel is also a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with, always approachable . I highly recommend him for all engineering solutions.
