Hotpot City Hurstville

Great all you can eat hot pot experience! Ive always been a fan of the one in Bankstown so I was very excited when this one opened so close to home. I especially love that they offer dessert which was missing at Bankstown. There are some occasions when they did not offer the full selection during dinner service (certain meats, seafood and balls were noticeably missing) and I felt like I wasnt getting my moneys worth but most of the time, its good value.

The soup was too little so they had to add water which = to less flavor to the meat and the snacks choices probly fixed by now cuz i went there when it was frist nowed or new

Affordable all u can eat hotpot thats what I can say about this place. They have lots of variants of soup based. My recomendation if you want the herbal soup one get the ox tail. If you want fresh spicy and sour one get the Tom yum soup. Not only they have variants of meatballs and seafood, they also have innards and tendon in their menu. Also the meat variants from pork, lamb and beef. Love also the mixed variant of fish cakes and meatballs. They even have cheese meatball and taro meat ball and Mochi fish cakes. They also have desserts and fruit to finish your meal.

Had a very bad experiences tonight. The customer service was not good, staff was unfriendly. She took me to the table next to the toilet with a smell, I asked her if we can have another table and she was not happy, telling me there is only one more table near the entry, we accepted that table and just sat down, she threw the pen on the table heavily, I was shocked and questioned her why she threw the pen so heavily in front of me, she then call me old woman, I could not put up with her and did not eat there in the end.
