        I had been looking for a specific attachment for my trimmer and had no luck anywhere. Katana had one spare out the back and gave it to me for free. Great customer service, thank you so much.

        I bought the Philips shaver SP9863 from Hurstville Shaver shop at $549 about 3 weeks ago (23/07/2022). Yesterday I found the logo was nearly gone. Not 100% sure when it happened. I went to the Hurstville Shaver shop. The store manager Iona told me that the logo is not etched in and I need to keep the shaver dry; otherwise the logo might come off. This is the most absurd excuse I have ever heard. This shaver is $549, which is meant to be waterproof or at least water resistant. The logo came off just because some water went on it? How ridiculous! She said the logo is not covered by the warranty, and she cannot do anything. Regardless what the warranty policy is, what is the product quality like if your logo is gone in 3 weeks time. The worst customer service ever. Stay away from this shop.
