Super friendly accountant, always wanting to help and makes you feel at home. Garry even made up a spreadsheet so I could better manage my BAS/PAYG and be more organised.

The Good: Garry did my Tax return quite well, got a lot back and his fees were low. Very good in that respect. The Bad: I originally went in to see Garry about organising a Self Managed Super Fund. After 1.5 hours of him talking (I literally barely spoke a word). He asked me no questions and openly googled SMSF in front of me. After this I agreed and informed him to go ahead with organising the SMSF. 2.5 months later and numerous emails (which he would reply to 1/7 emails with no answers), he replied "what are you talking about? What Super?" He obviously, did not listen to me during the meeting, read my emails or did the work. I sat there for 2.5 months just waiting on something he did not do. I verbally and in writing told him go ahead and organise it and he did not. Very odd? Didn't he want the job? Very disappointing. It's as though he completely ignored me and did not listen. He seemed more interested in telling me about his life than actually doing accounting. If you want an accountant who ignores you and doesn't listen, you've come to the right place. I've never had such a bad (and lazy) experience with an accountant before. Avoid at all costs.

Garry has been really helpful over the years. Not only has he been great with my tax returns he has also helped me get everything together for my small business. Highly recommended.
