I recently started taking classes at this amazing new reformer pilates studio and I am blown away by the benefits! Before this, I was a complete beginner and have never enjoyed exercising, but I am thoroughly enjoying my experience here. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive whilst maintaining a fun and inclusive atmosphere regardless of your level. The reformer machines provide a challenging yet low-impact workout resulting in noticeable improvements in my core strength in the short time since starting here. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a dynamic and effective workout especially if you are apprehensive about starting your fitness journey, you won't be disappointed!

I've been a regular at Flex Reformer Pilates in Hurlstone Park since they opened and I've seen tremendous improvements in my posture, balance, and overall strength. The reformer machines are top-notch and the instructors are excellent!

If you're looking for a Pilates studio that provides a challenging workout in a welcoming atmosphere, look no further than Flex Reformer Pilates in Hurlstone Park. The reformer machines are brand new and they have amazing instructors! :)

I really enjoy the classes at flex. They are a great workout & also great for not just only your physical health but mental health. I highly recommend flex for anyone interested in bettering their health over all & enjoying some amazing reformer Pilates
