They told me to get there at midday, even though I was the last scheduled operation for the day. When I asked if I could leave the waiting room to go for a walk around the block, they denied as I was already "admitted". So I need to sit in the freezing air-conditioning for hours. Not a very efficient operation.

The best private hospital, the service and the comfy place especially for kids. 5 stars for all the kind hearts nurses there.

I had day surgery . The staff were very efficient and the nurses helpful, nice and attentive. Very small reception area. There was free street parking nearby.

Let my elderly father to do a day procedure and was assured that someone would call once he can be discharged. Waited in the lobby area and was made to feel unwelcome and repeatedly told that they would contact us once hes ready to be picked up. Several hours later. We called to get an update and was told he was discharged earlier. Never received a call and located my father who has early signs of dementia roaming the streets in 30 degree heat. Looking disoriented and confused and emotional. We are only writing to bring awareness that you should constantly follow up as the duty of care wasnt present.
