        As a yoga teacher myself, the class I choose to go to every week is Colas flow. She is such a great, creative teacher. I love everything about her classes - from her safe and careful cues, to her creative sequencing, her masterful approach to building and controlling the energy in the room, to her funky taste in music. Definitely a 5-star experience every time.
