The radiographer appeared to be annoyed when I politely asked for less pressure on my breast as the pain was too much. She stated that they are trained to put 100 pounds of pressure on and that I only had 80 pounds of pressure and when I responded with my pressure limit must be 80 then, she said nothing. When it came to my other breast she yanked it into the machine causing trauma to the connecting skin. I dont recommend attending your lifesaving breastscreen there!

I highly recommend this service. The staff (receptionists and radiographer) with whom I interacted were very friendly and professional. The radiographer was careful and highly skilled. The whole procedure was fairly quick. If you are planning to visit soon, allow extra time to find parking. There is a lot of redevelopment work at Hornsby Hospital and parking is scarce.
