I went to officeworks Hornsby for ten photo copies of a a4 paper. Rate displayed was self 10c and assisted 20c. I chose assisted one because I didnt know new technology. But this young man charged me $15. I was surprised and ask why? He said its coloured and both sided. Surprisingly there was no any information about it. I recommend if there are more information , rates are displayed and person at the counter explains it will give customers more trust in officeworks.

It's a pretty big store and they usually have everything I'm looking for. I go there to print out documents and the price is reasonable, cheaper than having a printer at home for me. They're open until 9pm on weeknights which is great.

Says one thing on the phone and acts another way when visited. Warranty products arent honoured the way as other Officeworks outlets do. Disgraceful. This kind behaviour brings the consumer trust on Officeworks. Wasted 1.5hr of mine, and they debated on the minor variations of a M7 monitor with me and even went to the lengths to prove that the power cable used tied up may cause product faults. Absolutely time waster and I wouldnt recommend them at all.
