Telstra Hornsby

If I could give zero I would. Only care for sales. Representatives here were arrogant. 2 yrs ago, Initially bought a phone and service because my samsung suddenly stopped working after going back to my home country due to father suddenly died. Came back to sydney and went to hornsby store. Very efficient when purchasing phone. Gave me "freebies" such as wireless charger that barely charges, and a phone case. First monthly bill came and surprise surprise the freebies werent so free at all. Went to store but was with an arrogant customer service. Not willing to explain. Said i should wait til the person who sold me the phone would be back in the store. Now, i have a service issue which their phone customer service cannot help, I need to go back to the store. How can I when I it is traumatising going back there.

Swift and efficient resolution. Was able to reactivate my Telstra account and setup my prepaid internet dongle in just a matter of few minutes today morning.

Telstra staff in Hornsby told us that we can get the data shared esim for $10/month if our mobile plan is above $60. Went back today to get the shared data esim and now they claimed that it is not valid. Would give a zero star if possible!

We had very bad experience today at Hornsby Telstra store in Westfield. I wonder if the owner knows what level of customer service provided at the store. My husband and I went to Hornsby Telstra today and tried to have a new mobile plan and phone number, however we were waited about 40mins , during that time no staff had came up to ask any questions or offered any help, we were not sure if we needed to take a number to wait in the queue or if someone realise we were there. At last a male staff finally served us with attitude, he didnt want to listen, constantly interrupted when I was talking , he insisted to scan my ID and credit card even after I clearly indicated I no longer want to have my mobile numbers and plan with them due to unsatisfactory of their poor service, regardless he told my husband my order was still created and but cancel after and walked away, few of other customers waitressed what was happened and just simply walked away. Later on I found out I still have one new active mobile phone number without my knowledge attached with all my credit card details to deduct money from! Unbelievable. avoid this store
