Prestige Alterations Hornsby

I am more than happy with the service from Prestige in Westfield Hornsby. Friendly and efficient and I like receiving a text to tell me when to pick up the garment. they do an excellent job and I give them 10/10 every time.

Been to many alteration service place. This is one of the places where i find to have friendly customer service and good quality alteration. Very happy

The quality of work here has really decreased. Firstly, if I'm paying $20 for you to hem a pair of pants I expect them to be done properly, not with huge gaps along the hem. This is also the 2nd time I've had this issue, but the first time I thought it might have been just an honest accident so I decided to give them another chance. Secondly, I left a pair of pants here because I wanted the button fixed. I didn't notice until after I picked up the item that the button hadn't been fixed at all. When I asked the lady why it hadn't been fixed she told me they didn't have the exact same button so they didn't replace it, and they had forgotten to tell me. Honestly a phone call would've been great, so I didnt have to waste my time coming in again for such a trivial matter. She said she would have it done by the end of the day, however that was not the case. Poor communication between staff members, complete disregard for their customers' time, and absolutely careless work. I will be visiting another alteration shop from now on.
