Peter Rickard We have just had a 14 panel 6.8 Kw system installed by Solar Merchants and can highly recommend them. We found the level of communication by Mustafa in correctly quoting and explaining every aspect of the process to be most impressive. Having had over five quotes, Solar Merchants stood out as being the most impressive presentation so we proceeded with the contract. We were then delighted at the installation stage with Hassan, the main installer and his assistant Manny being extremely courteous and going the extra mile to hide wiring lines ensuring the best possible outcome. Solar Merchants installed my second solar system recently. They were on schedule, prompt and did a super job. All products were as contracted and performed as expected. The installation was followed up by phone calls and a visit to configure the two systems. I am most impressed with their professionalism and efficiency.

Dealing with Mustafa, Ron and the installers has been a great experience. From the initial call regarding a new inverter to the finished product, the process couldn't have gone any smoother. Having had an old solar system (1.5Kw) for many years Mustafa advised me to start from scratch and change not only the inverter, which had packed up, but the panels as well. He organized a visit to us from Ron who explained further what was needed, and the next day Ron had the paperwork sent, via email, for us to look at. After a couple of emails later to sort out a few minor changes, we were ready to sign. The system was installed by three professional installers who listened to what was required and, after cleaning up, left the property as they found it. I couldn't be happier with the result and my thanks go out to everyone involved.
