Very bad service, always calling head office to follow up about what I availed in hornsby then lady named Judy said she will help me to check which clinic I should go been waiting so long and no answer, so I rang again today and I was spoken to Sky and told can someone ring me so that I can have an appointment still no one rings me, very disgusting service.

UPDATE: I was asked to send a mail by the owner as response to my review. I did send a mail on the email id provided but have not recieved any response to my feedback. It seems this clinic just does not care about customer experience. Feedback: Really disappointed with this clinic. The staff is very rude and full of lies. I informed them that I am going through IVF and would wait for my cycle before I book for any treatment. After my failed IVF cycle , i thought of treating myself to a facial to lift my spirits. I booked with this clinic and they were happy to book the treatment for me for christmas eve. When I went in for my appointment , they took me to the treatment room and started with the facial and applied products on my face. Halfway through the treatment the therapist walked out the door leaving the treatment room door open with no concern for my privacy. She comes back 10 mins after and starts removing the products from my face and informs me she cannot go through with the treatment without a consent letter from my doctor. I te her that I have signed a consent form before she started my treatment that I am not in the middle of a IVF cycle but she refuses to continue with my treatment. This was my worst christmas experience and i was already going through mental stress due to a failed IVF and then to be treated with such insensitive staff is the last thing anyone can ask for. When I asked them why did they book my appointment and asked me to sign a consent form they specifically asked about IVF and also started my treatment, they had no answer and just called security.Most insensitive staff ,store manager Mishka was the one who refused to listen to me or understand the need of compassion at such a trying time in my life.

They grab your money and run. I pre paid 4 treatments and had 2. I got a confirmation text 2 days ago to confirm tonights appointment to which I replied in the affirmative. Got to the clinic and it was closed with a note stuck to the door saying that the clinic was closed until further notice. They have my phone number but didnt bother to call me to say not to come tonight. Very unprofessional and discourteous. Beware pre paying for treatments because you never know when theyll pack up and leave!

I'm REALLY happy with the injectables treatment I had recently with Kirsten. I could see results after about 3 days and it's still going strong now. She informed me of the risks etc very thoroughly. The whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable. Thanks!

The Hornsby team always runs at least 20-30 minutes late, which is highly annoying. Sometimes they dont even offer an apology when they finally come out to get you. Ill finish my prepaid set of treatments here, but not come back. There are loads of other providers offering the same things, hopefully they will be more service oriented.
