We recently moved to Sydney and were looking for 2bed apartment for rent. We viewed one of the property from Elders Hornsby and liked very much. Jessica was our rental agent from Elders Hornsby. Once we applied for the property, all the processing was done quickly and professionally. Transition to the apartment was smooth with out any hassles. Jessica helped us in every step of the process and clarified all our queries since we were new to the country.

Another Negative star because of your agent Kathy Been following up for couple of days for a property and applied as well and requested for a private inspection. She neglected saying open home inspection will be conducted coming week and tonight I could see that the property status is Deposit taken at 1st home inspection which never happened. How could Elders real estate keep these kind of unethical and unprofessional agents. There should be fair and equal opportunity given to all the house hunters. Shame on you Kathy !!!

I want to give a big thank you to Kathy Zhu. 6 years ago i gave one of my property to Kathy manage and she currently manage all of my properties. She is not only doing her property management but also sold my properties in a good price. She is very professional and good time manner, also promptly to help us to solve the issues without any pain. I am glad she manage my properties.
